By accessing or using kana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. kana cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service • Use the service for any commercial spam or solicitation • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post on kana. By posting content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and store that content as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your content at any time. Deleted content is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
kana is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
